Another new betting site launched in India this year (2022) is Cricbaba. This is a smaller betting site with a solid selection of sports to bet on, but fewer events are covered overall. Fans of cricket can bet on some of the biggest cricket events in the world.
For a smaller venture like this, Cricbaba is mostly known for its massive library of casino games, which is unusual for a site aimed at cricket enthusiasts. This might be a good site for you if you are a cricket fan and enjoy playing slots. Teen Patti and Andar Bahar are also great additions to gambling sites that cater to Indian customers.
Also, we love the uncluttered interface and the welcome bonuses that cater to both sports betting and casino fans.

REVIEW OF CRICBABA
A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY
Cricbaba has a Curacao license, which is better than nothing, but not great. Therefore, this betting site operates legally wherever this license is accepted, but Curacao is not necessarily helpful to customers who have been harmed.
We prefer to keep a close eye on betting sites before deeming them trustworthy, but it is certainly better than having no license at all. Cricbaba is also a relatively new site. Despite claiming to have been founded in 2016, they launched in India in 2022 and have become a well-known brand in Europe.
Nonetheless, we’ve never heard of them before and some of us have been looking at betting sites for a much longer time than since 2016.
However, we found nothing outright negative about Cricbaba or anything that seemed dodgy or fraudulent about the company behind it.
We will judge them based on our own experiences since they are a newer betting site, so there aren’t many reviews yet.
CRICKET BETTING AND OTHER SPORTS
Cricbaba offers a good selection of sports to bet on. A total of over 25 of them are available, including specials and e-Sports. There aren’t as many events to bet on as elsewhere, however.
Their sportsbook has this major drawback. The following cricket events were available for betting at the time of our review:
Women’s Twenty20 International
World T20 Championship
The World Cup
Championship League on Saturdays
Betting was available on those pre-match events. Additionally, we checked the live betting section, where we found more betting options:
South Africa vs India in a One Day International
Women’s T20 Asia Cup
World Cup (U19) of the ICC
As more and more events go live, live betting is becoming more popular, which is great news for anyone who enjoys it.
Although not excellent, the odds available seemed alright. You should be able to get decent odds here since smaller betting sites often can’t afford to offer the best odds.
Cricbaba also offers kabaddi betting, though the selection is limited. There were only a few markets available for the Pro Kabaddi League.
With over a thousand events to bet on and plenty of markets and competitive odds, football is the biggest category. Cricbaba also offered betting on tennis and other popular sports, but not on horse races.
In spite of the fact that Cricbaba offers live betting and plenty of options, it does not offer live streaming or live animations or commentary.
GAMES AND MORE
While Cricbaba’s events portfolio has room for growth, you wouldn’t say the same for the online casino library. Over 3,600 games are offered in the casino and live casino sport, which is impressive.
Here you’ll find some of the best online casino providers that are currently available, as well as a great variety of games. Whether it’s slots or video poker, table games or live tables, you’ll never get bored here.
It was a pleasure to see Yggdrasil, NetEnt, Quickspin, Microgaming, Thunderkick, Play’n GO, Push Gaming and many other of our favorite developers here, adding not just all-time classics but also the newest and best games currently available.
There are more and more Bollywood-themed games being developed for Indian players, such as Andar Bahar and Teen Patti.
Jackpots are also available! Not just Holmes and the Stolen Stones or Divine Fortune with their smaller jackpots, but Joker Millions and Mega Moolah with their massive progressive jackpots. That’s always great to see, and we appreciate it.
PROMOTIONS AND BONUSES
Cricbaba offers a handful of bonuses and promotions, including two welcome offers. There is one for sports and one for the casino. Let’s take a look at:
Get a 100% match bonus up to 10,000 INR on your first deposit
To claim the bonus via the ‘Purchase’ option, you must deposit at least INR 1,000
Winnings can be withdrawn once the deposit and bonus have been wagered 15 times
Sports bets (pre-match and live) with odds of 1.80 or higher are eligible
This bonus does not apply to all markets, however
Within 30 days, wagering must be completed
Bonus withdrawals are limited to 10x the bonus amount
There can only be one active bonus at a time
If there are any exceptions, you should read the full terms and conditions anyway.
However, you have 30 days to complete the wagering requirements, which we find quite steep. However, we recommend not claiming the full bonus amount, as it is more realistic to wager with a smaller amount.
On their first deposit, new players can get up to INR 30,000 in casino welcome bonuses. The deposit and bonus must be wagered 35 times within 14 days in order to qualify for this bonus. A maximum of 30x the bonus amount can be withdrawn from the bonus.
As well as these offers, we were pleased to see a general sports free bet offer, a cricket free bet, a lightning roulette free bet, and a weekly cashback offer.
There is no dedicated payments page on Cricbaba’s homepage, but they have an FAQ section with a separate payment section that lists all available payment options as well as the withdrawal limits and how they work.
It’s useful and easy to find, which we appreciate. Cricbaba offers the following deposit and withdrawal methods:
MasterCard and Visa
UPI (with PayTM, GPay and PhonePe as available options)
The minimum deposit amount is INR 200, and the maximum withdrawal amount is INR 1,000,000, depending on the method you choose.
No further limits are specified. In addition, we checked the terms and conditions, where nothing was mentioned. Smaller betting sites often have weekly or monthly withdrawal limits. If that is something that concerns you, please contact customer service.
Additionally, Cricbaba has to comply with international KYC and AML laws, which means you should get your ID verified with them as soon as possible.
Cricbaba’s customer service team is available 24/7 via email, web form, or live chat. In the FAQ section, you will only find links to further information, but not actual frequently asked questions and answers. Additionally, you can find information about payment methods here, but we would certainly like to see more general information.
It seems somewhat odd that there is no FAQ section given that the information we have found is generally quite useful and easy to understand.
If you are unable to find what you are looking for on the site, you can use the live chat or email service.
Cricbaba uses a simple design without gimmicks. The site loads quickly, works smoothly, and is clearly optimised for mobile devices. The color scheme also suggests that Indian customers are the main audience here.
We found the sportsbook to be very easy to navigate, which makes it suitable for new punters as well.
A nice bet slip completes the overall user experience here. There are times when simplicity is best.
No complaints about the casino either, as it is well organized and easy to use.
In addition to being mobile-friendly, the site offers a smooth interface on mobile devices of any size and operating system.
Although we didn’t find this to be an issue, there is no dedicated mobile app.
